The full-scale training programs operated by The School of Natural Cookery meet NCB standards for certification. The shorter intensive programs and optional units qualify for CEUs (continuing education units) for any NCB certification renewal.

The Main Course offers 21 CEUs
Basic Pastry offers 21 CEUs
Each unit of Protein Focus offers 5 CEUs
Each unit of Improvisation offers 2 CEUs
Intensives and special courses
Intensives and special courses offered by The School of Natural Cookery, such as the Vegan Pastry Intensive, qualify towards CEUs required for certification renewal. The number of CEUs offered will vary from course to course. CEUs from intensive and special courses which are in excess of the annual total required may be applied toward the following year’s requirements.
