An application for CNT must be submitted on your behalf by your employer, and accompanied by payment from your employer.
Your CNT certification is valid only while you remain in the employ of the same person, practice, or company who filed and paid for your application. If you leave that job your certification becomes void and your new employer must apply for a new certification for you.
