Certification Requirements
In order to qualify for NCB certification as a Certified Personal Chef, the candidate must fill the following requirements:
Completion of The School of Natural Cookery Foundation Course (536 CEUs).
Completion of the School of Natural Cookery Personal Chef training (126 CEUs).
Since personal chefs are required by the terms of their training with the School of Natural Cookery to adhere to nutritional programs set by the client or the client’s medical practitioner and do not provide nutritional coaching to their clients, CPC candidates are exempt from the NCB general blueprint requirements to take courses in Professional Ethics, Informed Consent Forms, and Professional Business Practices.
